The Trustees of The Colorectal Research Fund are delighted to announce that tickets for the Annual Dinner in the Members Dining Room at the House of Commons on 28th January 2012, 1830hrs – 2230hrs are now available to book.

Please read through the information below, it you would like to attend, please complete the form at the bottom of the page.

“The Houses of Parliament, or to give it its correct name, the Palace of Westminster, stands on a historic riverside site which links it with the origins of parliament and the ancient palace of the Norman Kings. No other Parliament building in the world is more instantly recognised than the New Palace of Westminster. It is impossible to walk through its corridors or dine in its imposing refreshment rooms without a deep sense of awe. It is a unique venue and a very special place”.

We invite you to share it with us at the Annual Dinner of The Colorectal Research Fund.

We are also delighted to offer guests the option of an ‘evening guided route tour’ of the House for those who are interested, at an additional cost of £8pp. The tour will take about 30-45 minutes and will require you to be in Westminster Hall at approximately 1730hrs (tbc). The availability of the tour will depend on numbers interested (minimum 25) and is subject to the prior approval of Black Rod and the Serjeant at Arms. Please indicate on the booking form if you would like to take part in the tour and add the relevant remittance to the total amount. Guests will be escorted to the function room for pre dinner drinks reception in the Strangers Dining Room, following the tour.

Please note that tickets can only be fully confirmed upon receipt of payment which is by 31st October 2011. Unfortunately, due to the popularity of this event, we can only hold reservations without payment for one month after the 31st October 2011, provided communication is made with the organiser, after this, or if no communication is made, bookings will automatically be cancelled. Whilst tickets are non refundable, the name of the ticket can be changed up to 48hrs prior to the event.

This is to comply with security at the House of Commons. Please make cheques payable to ‘The Colorectal Research Fund’ and return with your booking form to the address shown.

There will be the opportunity to pre book wines, a form will be sent out with your tickets. You may also order wine on the night.

Please Note: In the unlikely event of the tour not going ahead, your payment will be refunded.
