The Board

The board at BowelDisease.org.uk is made up of Prof Kumar, Gary Douch, John Duddy, Imogen Jamieson and Margaret O'Keeffe.

Although Lord Rothermere and Ronnie Wood are Patrons, they do not attend meetings but maintain an active role within the charity with their generosity and links to help the chairty to grow and succeed.

If you are an expert in fundraising or have thoughts to help grow the charity and would like to present your ideas, please contact us and we will do our best to organise a meeting you can be invited to give us a presentation.

  • Viscount Rothermere

    Viscount Rothermere is one of our patrons and is Chairman of Daily Mail and General Trust.

 

  • Ronnie Wood, Patron

    Ronnie Wood is a member of the Rolling Stones and has attended and supported a number of our events

 

  • Gary Douch, Chairman

    Gary is the Chairman of The Colorectal Research Fund and has help grow the charity from it's inception back in 2005.

 

  • Prof Kumar, Trustee

    Professor Devinder Kumar PhD FRCS is who we raise the money for, his research along with his team are working hard to find better treatments and possible cures.

 

  • John Duddy, Trustee

    John Duddy is an accountant who joined the charity to provide expert advice in financial matters.

 

  • Margaret O'Keeffe, Admin Support

    Margaret O'Keeffe has played a key role in helping get the charity off the ground. She will hand most of her duties over to Imogen from January 2012 so she can concentrate on other things.

 

  • Imogen Jamieson, Secretary

    Imogen has joined the chairty as our Secretary to help us maintain our excellent growth. She will take a leading role in managing the day to day administration of the chairty and help with enquiries.
